WELCOME
Konference’12 is the first international conference organized by Bio-Medical Students’ Research Initiatives (BMSRI) and one of the first of its kind in Eastern India. It is being organized in association with KPC Students Welfare Association (KPCSWA). In this conference, bio-medical students will get a chance to present the research papers, hypotheses and ideas on any subject essentially linked to the bio-medical field. It includes various discussions, workshops, lectures, etc that can be attended by anyone who is pursuing an MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BSMS, BDS, Veterinary and other core medical sciences it includes core subjects like Biology, Physiology, Pathology, Botany, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Bio technology etc. Internees are eligible to participate in Konference ’12. All others who are interested but wont be presenting papers, are welcome as passive participants who can surely take part in various workshops.
Konference’12 is a promising platform to unveil the creative genius in youngsters who otherwise don’t get a scope as such to express these ideas. At present, there is dearth of conferences such as this, that encourage young minds to come up with new ideas and share it with their peers. Added to this, the monotonous nature of the existing M.B.B.S. and related curricula hinders the fostering of a practical research-oriented mindset among medicos. Thus Konference ’12 will prove to be the best stage for sharing of views among students and make them competent and confident enough to aim for higher prospects on the international front. Moreover, beyond being a conference for research ideas, Konference’12 is also a congregation of people coming from different cultural backgrounds and will be an enriching experience for all the participants.It is being organized in association with KPC Students’ Welfare Association (KPCSWA)
Konference ‘12 will be held on the 17th and 18th of March, 2012. Everybody attending Konference ’12 will have a lot of take-home knowledge and ideas which one can share with friends were not able to be a part of this grand occasion. Plus, lots of fun and entertainment guaranteed!
